Invenergy has partnered with a number of landowners in Cimarron and Texas counties through wind lease agreements in excess of 400,000 acres. As we prepare to make initial payments under those lease agreements, we are working to confirm that ownership information is up to date so that payments are issued appropriately. We are asking that participating landowners provide an updated IRS Form W-9 and direct deposit information, so we can ensure payments are made correctly. We are also working to collect Landowner Contact Forms to update our landowner information.
